Banana-Nut Crumble Muffins

What better way to use those bananas than to make a muffin out of them?! These crumble muffins are to die for. Paired perfectly with a cup of coffee, or a tall, refreshing glass of milk! These are guaranteed to make you feel warm and fuzzy.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 ripened bananas
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. real vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
- ---Crumble Topping
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. oats
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- ---Cream Cheese Drizzle
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Coat muffin pan with cooking spray or lightly butter.

3Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl, set aside.

4In a separate bowl, mix bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla and butter.

5Slowly add flour mixture to banana mixture, mixing until just blended.

6Fill muffin tin 3/4 of the way full with blended mixture.

8In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and butter until just mixed.

9Stir in oats, and pecans.

10Divide topping amongst the muffin tin.

11Bake for 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

12---Cream Cheese Drizzle

13Combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, mix until smooth.

14Drizzle over top of muffins.
