Overnight oats for you early risers. This recipe is the quickest breakfast ever. Make at night, and grab a spoon and go, in the morning! Makes a great snack and you can even take camping. Delish.

- 1/4 cup of oatmeal (I use Quaker instant oatmeal)
- 1/4 ripened banana
- 2 tbsp. shredded coconut (sweetened)
- 1/3 cup of granola
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Milk of your choice. (I use coconut milk)
1Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and put the lid on.
2Shake the jar until all ingredients are combined.
3Store in refrigerator or cooler, overnight.
4Enjoy the next day!
